IronMountain Solutions is excited to present our Mobile STEM Lab trailer collaboration with Boys and Girls Club of North Alabama. IMS donated a mobile trailer to the Boys and Girls Clubs of North Alabama for local students to have a hands-on learning experience in a STEM lab. This program provides a unique learning experience for at risk youth giving them exposure to science, technology, engineering and math tools. IMS Employees Jon Robinson, Michael Weist, Eric West, Kim Moody and Jodie Perez volunteered to take on the design and outfitting of the Mobile STEM Lab Project. In addition, Kelsey Weathers designed the outside graphics for the trailer. The final product design included customized shelving to store equipment used for woodworking, drones, fashion design and more. Volunteers also created a custom labelling method for an easy check-in and check-out process. We hope to see the Mobile STEM Lab all over the Huntsville area soon!
