November 18, 2024IronMountain Solutions (IMS) received official notification of its successful appraisal at CMMI-SVC- Level 3, marking an important milestone for the company. This was conducted at the new standard CMMI v 3.0 and replaces the v 2.0 appraisal received in 2021.     

The CMMI Benchmark Appraisal process spanned five days and involved IMS subject matter experts validating artifacts collected over time. Under the guidance of the Lead Appraiser and the IMS Appraisal, the company delivered an exceptional performance, with the final assessment revealing zero weaknesses.
