December 13, 2024 –The IronMountain Solutions (IMS) Employee Peaks Fund (EPF) awarded $60,000 to 15 non-profit organizations on Thursday, December 12th. The celebration of generosity was held at the EPF’s Winter Grant Reception, where non-profit recipients shared what their grants will be used for. The following 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations received grants from the IMS EPF for the second grant period of 2024:  

Better Together, Brindlee Mountain Animal Rescue, The Caring Link, Disability Resource Network, Downtown Rescue Mission, Feeding Madison County, Habitat for Humanity of the River Valley, Huntsville Assistance Program (HAP), Kids to Love, Loads of Love – Huntsville, Lost Paws, National Children’s Advocacy Center, Operation Homefront, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Therapy Partners 

The IMS EPF is a unique employee-driven initiative, with approximately 70% of IMS employees participating as contributors. The program is led by an employee Board of Directors. Each of the grant recipients were selected by employee contributor voting. With its inception in 2018, the EPF has laid a foundation of generosity that has continued to grow and foster an atmosphere of giving at IMS. Grants from the EPF support organizations in categories such as Arts & Culture, Basic Needs, Economic Opportunity, Education, Environment, Health & Wellness, Neighborhoods & Communities, and Recreation.  

Cooper Taylor, Chair of the 2024-2025 EPF Board of Directors, emphasized the importance of the program: “The Employee Peaks Fund is more than payroll deductions – It’s a priceless impact on critical needs in our communities. By contributing to the EPF, IronMountain Solutions employees are moving mountains and supporting amazing non-profits.”
