I look forward to seeing what this cycle’s receiving organizations will do to further positively impact their communities.” said IMS CEO, Hank Isenberg.

IMS’ EPF contributors comprises 75% of the company employee population including 13 Board of Directors. Every employee contributor is given the opportunity to review and vote which non-profit applicants receive grants during each grant cycle. Jessica Clunan, the Chair of the 2023-2024 EPF Board of Directors said, “The Employee Peaks Fund (EPF) first awarded grants during the Winter 2018 cycle. Now five years later, during this Winter grant cycle, the EPF reached a milestone of awarding over $500,000 to non-profits within our communities. This would not be possible without our employee contributors. Thank you for your generosity and support as we continue to come together to make a difference.”

The IMS Employee Peaks Fund awards grants to qualified applicants twice a year based on votes from employee contributors. Each organization that receives an EPF grant fits into at least one of the following categories: Arts & Culture, Basic Needs, Economic Opportunity, Education, Environment, Health & Wellness, Neighborhoods & Communities and Recreation. Grant applications are being accepted for the Summer grant cycle now through April 12, 2024. For more details, visit https://www.ironmountainsolutions.com/epf/
