Jessica Clunan, the Chair of the 2023-2024 EPF Board of Directors said, “From the beginning, the Employee Peaks Fund has had the goal of supporting non-profit organizations that work tirelessly to meet the needs of those within our communities. During our summer grant cycle, we were able to award over $62,000 to 16 non-profits. To our employee contributors, thank you!”
The EPF has now given over $600,000 in community grants since its formation in 2018. “The contributions of the EPF are breaking the boundaries of the Tennessee Valley and expanding its influential footprint into Texas. Every dollar given is a testament to the hard work and compassion of Team IMS. Giving back is about more than just generosity; it’s about making something better and leaving a lasting positive impact on our communities.” said IMS CEO, Hank Isenberg.
The IMS EPF awards grants to qualified applicants twice a year based on votes from employee contributors. Each organization that receives an EPF grant fits into at least one of the following categories: Arts & Culture, Basic Needs, Economic Opportunity, Education, Environment, Health & Wellness, Neighborhoods & Communities and Recreation. Grant applications are being accepted for the 2024 winter grant cycle now through October 17, 2024. For more details, visit www.ironmountainsolutions.com/community/.
