IMS’ continual philosophy of making something better drives us to invest in the community. In 2018, IMS team members founded a charitable giving fund, called the Employee Peaks Funds (EPF). Through employee contributions, the EPF is able to move mountains in our local communities by awarding grants to eligible 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations.
